Sandy Brown meets Tim Evitt, the new champion for the proposed ceramic centre at Bideford, North Devon. Since taking on the project, now renamed the Institute for Contemporary Ceramic Art (ICCA), Evitt has conceived plans for extensive redevelopment of the town to provide world class facilities and promote ceramics as an art form.
