London-based painter-turned-potter, Nicola Tassie
Maker of a concise range of domestic ware with simple forms, Nicola Tassie lists Giorgio Morandi as an inspiration. Her signature pieces are broad-based jugs decorated with lines, incised or painted onto the smooth surfaces. Tassie's additional range of one-off vessels takes Morandi's obsession with still life away from the canvas and into three dimensions.
