The delicate porcelain of Jacqueline Yu-fan Li
A brief preview of the work of Hong Kong-born artist Jacqueline Yu-fan Li, exhibiting at Peter's Barn Gallery, Hampshire this summer. Inspiration comes from Li's studies in comparative literature, fine art and ceramics. Sculptural pieces are made in Limoges porcelain with paper pulp additions and layers of cobalt oxide which leaks out to subtly colout the clay.
