London Potters celebrates 40 years

London Potters is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a special three day programme of public events, meetings and activities on 20-22 March 2026.

Established in 1986, the association now brings together hundreds of potters, artists, teachers, students and enthusiasts, with the aim of promoting pottery as an artistic and craft practice, supporting the creative community and encouraging the exchange of skills.

The 40th anniversary programme will include:
• live demonstrations of ceramic techniques by members
• talks and meetings with artists, curators and industry professionals
• exhibitions and installations dedicated to the history and evolution of the association
• activities open to the public
• a special sale of works created by members of London Potters
