Terms and Conditions

Ceramic Review Magazine is operated from the United Kingdom by Ceramic Review Publishing Limited, registered
office at 63 Great Russell St, Bloomsbury, London WC1B 3BF.
By using and/or submitting an order through Ceramic Review Magazine you signify your understanding of the
following Terms and Conditions and ceramicreview.com Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and
Conditions or the Privacy Policy, please discontinue using Ceramic Review immediately.
1a. Submitting your order through Ceramicreview.com
By submitting an order through Ceramicreview.com you are making an offer to ceramicreview.com to order,
subscribe or buy the selected magazine, or digital services. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be done by
Ceramicreview.com by email within 24 hours of purchase but is not confirmation that your offer to subscribe or buy
has been accepted by Ceramicreview.com. Ceramicreview.com will subsequently contact you separately by email to
confirm or refuse your order, in most cases within 2 weeks of submitting your order on the Website.
Ceramicreview.com may accept or reject your offer at its discretion. If you do not receive confirmation from
Ceramicreview.com please contact us by email. [email protected].
1b. Your contract with Ceramicreview.com
No contractual obligations will arise until your offer to subscribe or buy is confirmed to you by ceramicreview.com.
Any contract that may arise is between you and ceramicreview.com of the relevant magazine, newspaper, product
or service. Ceramicreview.com is not a party to that contract.
1c. Your order with Ceramicreview.com
By submitting an order through Ceramicreview.com you are making an offer to order or buy the selected products.
Confirmation of receipt of your order will be done by ceramicreview.com via email, within 24 hours of purchase. No
contractual obligations will arise until your offer is confirmed to you by Ceramicreview.com. If you do not receive
confirmation of your order, please contact us through [email protected].
1d. Your subscription start date
Subscriptions to Ceramic Review will start with the next published issue, not the current one. Ceramic Review is
published 2 months in advance in the first week of every second month.
2. Use of your data by ceramicreview.com
Any data ceramicreview.com may collect about you while using the website shall be dealt with in accordance with its
Privacy Policy . For orders, ceramicreview.com will securely store your name, address and an indication of what
payment option you have selected (plus your bank account details, if you selected to pay by Direct Debit).
By submitting an order through the website, you agree that your email address may be used by ceramicreview.com
to send you service communications by email relating to your order and a market research survey related to your
order experience. Unless you indicate otherwise when either first submitting your order through the Website or by
actively unsubscribing through clicking relevant links included in emails, you may also be sent other occasional
emails by Mailchimp about special offers, loyalty schemes, products and services offered through
ceramicreview.com.
3. Use of your data by Ceramicreview.com
Ceramicreview.com will handle your data according to its own Privacy Policy. ceramicreview.com, or their
designated data processor, will use the data you provide when submitting your order through the Website to
process and set up your order or subscription, and for delivery. If you select to pay by Direct Debit,
Ceramicreview.com shall also use your data for the setup and processing of Direct Debit payments. If you have

provided consent to receive marketing correspondence from ceramicreview.com, your data will be shared with them
and/or the data processor authorised to operate on their behalf for the specific purposes to which you consented.
Should you subsequently wish to opt out of Ceramicreview.com email communications, you will need to unsubscribe
from their emails directly. Contact details for ceramicreview.com can be found on the FAQs page.
4. Prices
Unless stated otherwise, prices quoted on the website include delivery charges and taxes (where applicable). If there
has been a mistake in the price offered on the website, Ceramicreview.com may contact you to confirm whether or
not you wish to subscribe or buy at the correct price. When you receive confirmation of acceptance of your order
from Ceramicreview.com, you should check that the price quoted is the price you were expecting to pay.
5. Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal payments
If you select to pay by credit card, debit card or from your nominated PayPal account, payment will be taken securely
through the website. Any credit or debit card information you provide is encrypted using the latest Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) technology ensuring your credit or debit card details are safe and secure. The website also meets the
requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) which was created to ensure organisations
that process card payments prevent fraud. PayPal payments will be processed securely through PayPal according to
the User Agreement you have with PayPal.
6. Direct Debit payments
If you select to pay by Direct Debit, the Direct Debit mandate and the contract will be between you and
ceramicreview.com.
Ceramicreview.com will capture and encrypt your bank account details through the website using the latest Secure
Socket Layer (SSL). Direct Debit payments and terms will then be set up and confirmed by Ceramicreview.com
directly to you.
7. Delivery of Ceramicreview.com products
After your order has been accepted and set up by Ceramicreview.com, we will deliver or arrange for delivery of your
magazine or service as soon as practicable and according to their own schedules. 
For printed magazine subscriptions, it may take up to 8 weeks for the first issue of a subscription to be delivered.
Ceramicreview.com has no control over delivery or delivery dates and has no access to any information relating to
delivery. Any delivery problems or questions should be directed to [email protected]. If at any time
during a subscription you wish to change the delivery address, please contact Ceramicreview.com directly to make
address changes to any active subscriptions.
FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS
Ceramic Review has no control or liability for local customs delays or import taxes.
Delivery of your magazine may be subject to import charges depending on the value of the order. The customer is
liable for payment of import taxes should these be applicable.
8. Termination, Cancelations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel within seven working days of submitting your order on the Website, please contact
ceramicreview.com as soon as possible.
Subscriptions to Ceramic Review magazine are non-refundable after this period and partial refunds are not issued.
If the first issue of a subscription has already been dispatched within the 7-day notice period then the subscription
will be refunded less the cover price of the individual issue.

 If your order has not yet been posted then Ceramicreview.com will cancel it immediately. If you selected to
pay by Direct Debit, no money will have been taken from your account. If you paid by credit or debit card,
we will refund the full amount back to the same card you used when submitting the order. If you paid by
PayPal, we will refund the full amount back to your PayPal account.
 If more than a period of seven working days has passed since you placed your order, or if we have already
posted your order, you will need to return the magazine before Ceramicreview.com will arrange the order
cancellation. Contact details of ceramicreview.com can be found on your order confirmation email from
ceramicreview.com or on the FAQs page.
 For single-issue orders, if your order has not yet been despatched, we will cancel it immediately and will
refund the full amount back to the same credit card, debit card or PayPal account you used when submitting
your order. If your order has already been dispatched, it will not be possible to cancel your order. Where
there has been a specific issue with a damaged item or with non-delivery, refund requests may be
considered and an administration fee may be applied in cases where they are approved.
 Should the unfortunate circumstance arise whereby Ceramic Review Publishing Limited ceases to trade and
you require a refund (Part or Full), please contact Ceramic Review Publishing Limited directly or those
working on behalf of the company (Insolvency Practitioners) to submit a creditors claim.
9. Returns
Refunds for returned individual issues will only be issued once the magazine has been received back in an acceptable
condition (unless damage has been reported in writing). Ceramicreview.com retains the right to refuse a refund if
the magazine has not been returned in an acceptable condition.
10. Claims & Missing issues
Claims for missing or damaged copies must be reported within 28 days of ordering for UK orders and within 6 weeks
for overseas orders. Claims must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
11. Damages
Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the magazine. Claims must be submitted in writing to
[email protected] and must include photographic evidence of damage.
Ceramicreview.com retains the right to refuse replacement of a magazine if the claim is in dispute.
12. Information
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure that the information on the website is accurate, information relating to the
magazines and services offered is provided by Ceramicreview.com editorial and accepts no responsibility for the
accuracy of the information, is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided on the
website and may update or correct the information at any time. Any covers or product images used are purely for
illustrative purposes only.
13. External links
The website may contain links to other websites operated by third parties (‘Linked sites’). ceramicreview.com does
not endorse any linked site and is not responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained in a linked
site, or any changes or updates to such sites. Nothing contained in this website is intended to be advice on any
particular matter.
14. Intellectual property
All content included on the website (including all text, graphics, logos, and images) is the exclusive property of
ceramicreview.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable legislation. Any commercial use, including the
reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, of any content on the
website is strictly prohibited without the consent of Ceramic Review.
15. Notification of changes to Terms and Conditions

From time to time, these Terms and Conditions may be changed to keep them up-to-date with either new or current
products or services, or appropriate legislation. Any access or use of ceramicreview.com subsequent to such an
update will signify your assent to be bound by such changes.
16. English law
The laws of England and Wales shall govern your use of this Website and your relations with ceramicreview.com.
17. Feedback and reviews
Should you provide comments, feedback, suggestions or reviews to ceramicreview.com regarding its website,
application or services, by any means, all such communication will be treated as non-confidential and non-
proprietary. You hereby assign all rights, title and interest in, and ceramicreview.com is free to use, any such
communications, without any attribution or compensation to you, for any purpose whatsoever.
