The exhibition started with a quote in Gabrielle Rifkindās book āThe Fog of Peaceā which starts:
āWe are most likely to understand more about the smell of politics and human behaviour if we start at the kitchen table, and, according to Hans Blix, the wise ex-head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, peaceful relations between states ācan and must be practiced both at the conference table and the kitchen tableā.
